Purpose of This Policy
- Ensures that clients use K H Marketing's services responsibly and ethically.
- Prohibits the exploitation, resale, or manipulation of our lead generation services.
- Encourages adherence to fair business practices in using the leads provided.
Prohibited Activities
- Reselling or Redistributing Leads: Leads provided by K H Marketing cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
- Excessive Refund Requests or Chargebacks: Clients must not abuse the refund policy with repeated, unjustified refund claims.
- Misrepresentation: Clients must not falsely claim leads are invalid when they have been properly verified.
- Spamming or Harassment: Clients must not engage in excessive, unsolicited calls, emails, or messages that violate telemarketing laws.
- Automated Lead Handling: The use of bots, scripts, or automation tools to process leads unethically is prohibited.
- Fraudulent Use: Providing false information, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in deceptive business practices is strictly prohibited.
Monitoring & Enforcement
K H Marketing reserves the right to monitor service usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
If a client is found violating the Fair Usage Policy, K H Marketing may take actions including:
- Issuing a warning or formal notice.
- Suspending or terminating access to services.
- Refusing future service requests.
- Taking legal action if necessary.
Consequences of Violations
Any client found violating this policy will forfeit their right to refunds or lead replacements.
Severe violations may result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.
K H Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to any client engaging in unethical business practices.
